I hold a degree in Communication Sciences, a Master’s degree in Education, and a certification in Non-Directive Coaching. I have over 15 years of corporate experience in marketing, events, and team management. I know firsthand the pressure of KPIs, friction between departments, and the impact of workplace stress in the corporate environment.
As an Equestrian Sports Technician and specialist in equine ethology, I combine business experience with animal behavior at our Cavalls de Calma facilities, located at Hípica Can Domènech in Sant Cugat del Vallès. I offer a space for immediate and objective biofeedback for the development of high-performance teams.
The Method of Working with Horses
- Stress regulation: Horses respond directly to the emotional states and latent tension levels of the participants, regardless of their hierarchical rank.
